Clean Slate Pest Control requires customers to make deposits as a way of securing the booking for their requested service. To confirm your booking for our services, we require a 10% deposit of the invoice total to be paid upfront. The deposit amount will be applied towards the final invoice, and it is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation of scheduled work. Therefore, please ensure that you are committed to the scheduled work before making the deposit.

Clean Slate Pest Control provides a 1 year Warranty Period for rodent/bird proofing services purchased effective from the date of purchase. Bird proofing includes a 1 year guarantee on bird netting.
The Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and property maintenance during the Warranty Period at no charge. This includes the netting installed for bird proofing services. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Clean Slate Pest Control to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Our team at Clean Slate Pest Control understands that eliminating rodents from your home requires a collaborative joint effort between us and our customers. By working together and implementing preventative measures, we can effectively resolve the rodent issue and prevent future infestations. Your support in implementing these measures is crucial in ensuring the long-term success of our pest control services.
This includes our customers taking preventative measures, such as removing competing food sources and securing entry points (i.e. doors, windows, sliding doors, etc...), as well as refraining from any making modifications that could interfere with the rodent elimination process. We rely on our customers' support and due diligence in implementing these measures to help us effectively resolve the rodent issue in your home.

This Warranty does not cover rodent/bird issues that are maintained by:
Competing food sources consist of people and pet food to include but not limited to dog food, cat food, bird food and pet water bowls. Competing food sources attract and deter rodents from eating the bait and getting caught in traps set up by Clean Slate Pest Control which promotes continued nesting and reproduction of rodents at your property. All competing food sources need to be put away after use in sealed containers so that no food sources are left out in the open or accessible to rodents.
Competing entry points consist of any unsecured entry point that is accessible to your property, to include but not limited to opened windows without screens, opened doors without screens, chimneys without screens, magnetic screens, opened garage doors, doggie doors or entry points created to include but not limited to the installation of internet cables and HVAC systems.
This Warranty does not cover new openings to the property without prior written knowledge or consent from Clean Slate Pest Control to include rodent/bird issues that are maintained by competing food sources, competing entry points, or conditions, malfunctions, damages, changes, work or repairs made to the property structure not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Clean Slate Pest Control does not control preventative measures that can be taken against competing food sources or competing entry points at your property.
Clean Slate Pest Control does not control rodent behavior and is not liable for damage or harm caused by rodents to people or property to include but not limited to appliances, walls, electrical wiring, drains, pipes, ceilings, vehicles, electronics, personal items, HVAC systems, heaters, air conditioning units, attics, kitchens, garages or other property areas.
